Well we got the aluminum frame cut out today with the welding soon to follow. Mad props to Warren and Iron Studio for letting us take up some space to build one big cheese steak!!!




This face is probably just about right...add one red skin suit and Woody's gonna be lookin pretty damn good.

Maximum Danger

Foam, Foam, and more Foam...

Well the costumes are pretty much built. Time to add some color. Between the 69 ft of 80 in wide foam, 4 cans of spray adhesive (along with associated fumes), and condiment costumes my place got like ten times more fun than a week ago...

It's just a baby foam pepper now...

...but with a little TLC and good parenting, this little baby pepper should grow up to be larger, stronger, and faster green pepper that refuses mercy!!!
